Fu Fang Yi Mu Cao Gao

Actions and Indications: Regulate menstruation, nourish blood,  and resolve blood stasis for promoting tissue regeneration. Be used  for irregular menstruation, abdominal pain, and scanty blackish menstuation due to blood stasis and Qi stagnation. 
Dosage and usage: Orally. 10-20 gram each time, 2-3 times daily.  
Side effects: Not known.  
Contraindications: Do not be used during pregnancy.  
Notations: Do not eat cold food.  
Not suitable when having a cold or menorrhagia. Be used with caution by the people with diabetes.
