Shu Gan He Wei Wan
Actions and Indications: Promote circulation of stagnated Qi in liver and relieve pain in the stomach. Used for disharmony of liver and digestive systems. Symptoms include bloating and distention at sides of abdomen, stomachaches, with loss of appetite, hiccupping, vomiting and irregularities in bowel movements.
Dosage: Oral administration, 45 pills (9g) each time, 2 times a day.
Side effect: Not known
Contraindication: 1.Avoid alcohol, spicy, raw or cold and oily food. As much as possible, avoid feeling angry or upset, remain cheerful. 2.Consult doctor and use with caution by people with High blood pressure, Heart diseases, Liver diseases, Diabetes, Kidney Diseases etc serious chronic illnesses and pregnant women, children, breastfeeding women, old and frail elderly. 3.Consult doctor if symptoms are severe, do not improve or get worse after using for 3 days.
