About Us

Established in 2003, our company is a joint venture of Beijing Tongrentang, China and Science Arts Co Pte Ltd of Singapore.
Founded in 1669, Beijing Tongrentang is a renowned time-honored brand with an illustrious history of more than 350 years. It supplied herbal medicine to the imperial pharmacy of the Qing dynasty, over eight reigns for 188 years. Now it has grown into an international enterprise with three listed companies and a gigantic network both at home and abroad.

Science Arts Co Pte Ltd, a home-grown TCM company formed in 1969, is now a TCM manufacturer, an established TCM dealer with distribution network of 750 retail outlets, a healthcare centre and a medical college. It was conferred the Singapore Prestige Brand Award in 2008 and is well known for its emphasis on giving back to the society, particularly through community services.

Currently, Beijing Tong Ren Tang Science Arts (Singapore) Co Pte Ltd has four branches and they are respectively located at South Bridge Road, Upper Cross Street, Institute of Mental Health and French Road.

Equipped with a team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated TCM Physicians and skilled staff, our branches provide comprehensive healthcare consultation and a variety of treatments, make available a large range of TCM healthcare products, and dispense fresh quality medical herbs for the general public. Pursuing the corporate goal of “Advocating morality and saving lives” and abiding by the motto of “Never withdraw from necessary hard work; never compromise on quality and quantity of medicine”, we are determined to strive for the wellness and health of people in Singapore and the rest of the world.
