Qi Ji Di Huang Wan 

Indications & Actions: Nourishing the kidney and the liver. Used for dizziness, photophobia, epiphora with wind, caused by deficiency of the kidney-yin and the liver-yin.
Dosage: To be taken orally, 8 pills one time three times daily.
Side Effect: Not Known
Contraindication: Taken carefully with deficiency in spleen and stomach.
